Re-
The normal course of a probate in San Diego is that once the petition has been filed, the estate inventoried, and creditors paid, the assets are distributed to the beneficiaries and the probate is closed. Recently in Illinois, you may remember that Drew Peterson was suspected of murdering his fourth wife Stacey Peterson who disappeared in 2007 and has never been found. Peterson sits in jail charged with murdering his third wife Kathleen Savio who was found in her bathtub in 2004.
An Illinois appellate court has ruled that the estate Kathleen Savio can be reopened. (Click here for rest of Blog)
